I specialise in Strength Training for Beginner and Intermediate level, including calisthenics.

Whether it’s your first time setting foot in the gym, or you’ve been going for a while and want to step up your strength goals, get in touch to find out how I can help.

​We'll train from a fully-equipped studio gym space in Stoke Newington or Shoreditch. This is perfect for those who don't have a gym membership, or feel intimidated or overwhelmed by busy commercial gyms. I offer a safe and comfortable environment where you'll be able to learn correct form and build your confidence with lifting weights. I aim to make you feel supported whilst pushing you to achieve more than you might have thought you were capable of.

 

I offer flexible pricing options allowing you to train individually or with a friend, with options to pay monthly or per session.

​I am pre-and-post natal trained, and also work with many women who are peri-menopausal or menopausal. I work with a number of male clients looking to build strength or muscle.
