This is where we'll discuss your exercise history, lifestyle and goals and is a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about personal training in Stoke Newington or online. I'll give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about which training option is best for you.

STEP 3 - Onboarding
If you choose to sign up for personal training in East London, there will be a couple of quick and easy form to complete for health and safety. Once everything is in place training can commence!

STEP 4 - Training begins
In your consultation or the start of your first session, a physical assessment will take place to assess your movement patterns and current abilities, and then it's straight into session 1 of your bespoke workout plan!
