What I specialise in

I specialise in Strength Training for Beginner and Intermediate level. If you’ve never lifted a weight before, or you’ve been going to the gym for a while but are lacking structure or need more accountability to stay on track and hit your PR goals, get in touch to find out how I can help. 

 

We will train from a fully equipped studio gym space in Stoke Newington or Shoreditch. This is perfect for those who don't have a gym membership, or feel intimidated or overwhelmed by busy commercial gyms and would prefer a more private training experience. Learn correct form and build your confidence with lifting weights within a safe and comfortable environment. 

 

I am pre-and-post natal trained, and work with many women who are peri-menopausal or menopausal. I also work with a number of male clients looking to build strength. With my level 3 qualification in nutrition for exercise, I can offer support and guidance with optimising how you fuel your training – whether you are looking to lose body fat or just want to feel healthier.
